PART TWO         : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate to strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Special Features  : According to the observations at 15:00 hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm(NONGFA) over the South China Sea has moved Westwards and start crossing near Vinh, (Vietnam). It is likely continue to move Westwards and gradually weaken into a tropical Depression on Laos and Thai during next 24 hours.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with isolated heavyfalls.
