PART TWO              : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak to moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, Tropical Storm “MITAG” over South china sea still persists and  has moved West-Northwestwards It is likely to moved Northwestwards and cross the Southern coasts of China during next 24 hrs.
