PART ONE               : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical storm “MATMO” crossed in the interior part of Guangxi, Southern China has moved West-Northwestwards and reach interior part of Guangxi and boundary areas of Northern Vietnam.  It is likely to move Westwards and continue to cross over Northern Vietnam and downgraded into a Land Depression during next 12 hrs and cross over Yunnan, China.

PART TWO              : Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
