PART ONE               : According to the observations at 11:30 hrs MST today, the well marked low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and further intensified into a depression. It is centered at about within ½ degree of latitude 10.8°N and longitude 89.0°E.  It is likely to move West-Northwest Direction.

PART TWO              Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay, partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                                : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.
