PART ONE          : According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the well marked low pressure area over the Northeast and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts has reached over the Northeast Bay and adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and Bangladesh coasts. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over coastal area of Bangladesh during next 12 hours.
