PART ONE             : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal, Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts and South Andhra Pradesh coasts is centered at about within ½ degree of latitude 12.9°N and longitude 80.6°E. 
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the tropical storm “KOTO” over the South China Sea has downgraded into a tropical depression and it is centered at about 230 Nautical miles Northeast of Nhatrang, Vietnam. It is likely to reach East coasts of Vietnam on 3-12-2025.
PART TWO        : Weather is generally fair over the Andaman Sea, cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
