PART I: According to the observation at (11:30) hrs MST today, the depression over Northeast Bay of Bengal has intensified further into a deep depression. Itis centered at about within half degrees of Lat(21.3)N and Long (91.3)E and may cross near the Chittagong township, South of Bagladesh Coasts during next(36)hours commencing noon today.

Monsoon is strong to vigorous in the Andaman Sea and  Bay of Bengal.
