PART ONE         : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal moved Northwards and centered at about within half degree of Lat (15.5)°N and Lon (88.4)°E. It is very likely to moved North-Northwestwards initially and then Northwestwards.

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.
