PART ONE       : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Notrhwest Bay of Bengal has moved to Northwards.It is centered at about within half degree of Lat(20.55)°N and Lon (87.75) °E.It is forecast to move Northest wards.

PART TWO        : Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
