COMPOUND

PART ONE : According to the observations at (13:00)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved to East central Bay of Bengal. It is centered about within 1/2 degree of lat (14.0)N and long (90.5)E. It is forecast to move East- Northeast wards and further intensify into a cyclonic storm during next (48)hours.

PART TWO : Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER: Widespread rain or thundershowers with squally weather.

VISIBILITY :(4) nautical miles but (1/2) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND: South or Southwest (15 - 20)kts, at times (30)kts.

SEAS : Rough.

WEATHER: Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers with sqally weather.
