PART ONE          : According to the observations at (03:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about within ½ degree of Lat (16.4)°N and Long (89.7)°E. It is forecast to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm during next (12)hrs and into a Severe Cyclonic Storm during next (36)hrs.
