PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Thailand Coast now lies central part of Andaman sea. It is likeiy continuous to move   West-Northwestwards and  further intensify into a Depression over Westcentral and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal around (17.11.2021)

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over  the Andaman Sea and Soyth Bay of Bengal and a  few cloud  elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      :   Widespread rain or thundershowers with isolated heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY                       :   (3) nautical miles but less than (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               :   East or  Southeast (10- 15) kts at times (25-30) kts.

SEAS                             :   Moderate to rough.

WAVE HEIGHT                 :  (7- 9) ft.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 16.5°N – 20.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      :  Isolated rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       :  (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               :  North or Northeast (5- 10) kts at times (20 - 25) kts.

SEAS                             :  Moderate.
