PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea and Equatorial Indian Ocean now lies over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean. It is forecast continue to move West-Northwestwards.

PART TWO         : Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and Central Bay of Bengal and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
