PART ONE          : According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards and centered at about within half degree of Lattitude 11.4°N and Longitude 89.3°E. 

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                       : (4) nautical miles but less than (1) nautical mile in rain.
