PART ONE          : According to the observation at (09:30)hrs MST today, a low pressure area has formed over the East central Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal, Northern part of Rakhine coast. It is likely to move West-Northwest wards and become Well marked low pressure area during next (12)hrs and concentrate into a Depression during next (36)hrs.

PART TWO         : Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.
