PART ONE    :  According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Central Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has intensified into a depression. It is centered at about within 1/2 degree of Lat (14.3)°C and Lon (89.1)°E and forecast to moved to North-Northwest wards. It is  likely to further intensify into a cyclonic storm.

PART TWO    :  Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal . Weather is cloudy  elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER              : Widespread rain or thundershowers will squally weather.

VISIBILITY              : (4) nautical miles but (1/2) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND     : South or Southwest (15-20) kts at times (35)kts.

SEAS                     : Rough.
