PART ONE          :  According to the observations at (04:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Cyclonic Storm” MANDOUS”. It is centered at about within half degree of (9.4) degree North and Longitude (84.4) degree East. 

PART TWO          :  Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Isolated rain or thundershowers.
