PART ONE          :  According to the observations at (05:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean still persists. . It is likely to move West-Northwest wards and further intensify into a Well marked Low Pressure Area on (29.1.2023) and a Depression on (31.1.2023). It is likely to reach Southwest Bay of Bengal and near Siri Linka coast on (1.2.2023). Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal, partly cloudy over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
