PART ONE :According to the observations at (09:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over the Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northeastwards. It is centered at about within half degree of North latitude (19.0) and degree of East longitude (91.6).
PART TWO : Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Eksewhere over the Bay of Bengal

WEATHER : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.
VISIBILITY : (3) nautical miles but (1/2) nautical mile in rain.
SURFACE WIND : South or Southeast(20 - 25) kts at times (35-40)kts.
SEAS : Rough.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 16.5°N – 20.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
