PART TWO         : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Special Feature Condition: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure cell over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Due to the low pressure cell, monsoon is strong to vigorous and rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine States with likelihood of regionally and isolated heavyfalls.
