PART ONE          : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal now lies over Northeast Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area during next (48)hours there after it may reach to North Odisha and adjoining West Bengal Coasts, India.
