PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the Northeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEACTURES:  According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Typhoon “Koinu” over the South China Sea has moved Westwards. It is likely to move slowly West-Southwestwards and downgrade into a Severe Tropical Storm “Koinu”.
