PART ONE          : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea still persists. It may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area on (29.11.2023) and likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on (30.11.2023). Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm on (2.12.2023).
