29-10-2026:According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea still persists. It is very likely to move west-northwestwards and become into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Nicobar Islands during next 24 hours. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea still persists. It is very likely to move west-northwestwards and become into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Nicobar Islands during next 24 hours and further intensify into a Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 31-10-2026.
