PART ONE               : According to the observations at 13:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the North Bay of Bengal and off West Bengal, India - Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move Northwestwards and more marked during next 48 hrs. 

PART TWO         : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LNG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls. 

VISIBILITY                       : 3 nautical miles but 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : West or Southwest 15-20 kts at times 30 kts.
