PART ONE          : According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North Odisha and West Bengal coasts) has slightly moved to West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Depression over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal and North Odisha coasts. It is centered at about within half degree of 21.7°N and 87.8°E.
