PART ONE          : According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards. It is centered at about withthin half degree of Lat 7.7 degree North and Long longitude 82.9 degree east. It is likely to move Northwestwards and may cross North Sri Lanka coast between Trincomalee and Jaffna during next 18 hours.
