PART ONE               : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards.  It is centered at about within half degree of Lat 17.9°N and Lon 86.3°E. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal during next 12 hours and continuous to move West-Northwestwards and cross the North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha Coasts between Visakhapatnam and Gopalpur (India). Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
