PART ONE    : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs MST today, the  low pressure area  over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal has intensifyin to deep depression and   centered at about within half degree of latitude (17.5)N and long(87.0)E.It is forecast to move  West -NorthWest wards. It may further intensify into a Cyclonic storm during next  12 hrs.

PART TWO   : Monsoon is weak  to moderate  over the  Andaman sea and strong over the Bay of Bengal .
