14-10-2024:According to the observations at (15:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into well marked low pressure area around 15-10-2024 and continue to move West-Northwestwards and may reach to North Tamil Nadu and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh coasts, India around 17-10-2024. Weather is a few cloud over the Northeast Bay and party cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

The water levels may exceed one time each their respective town danger levels at Homalin, Phaung Pyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin and Monywa of the Chindwin River, at Mandalay, Sagaing, Miyinmu, Pakokku , Nyaung Oo, Hinthada and Zalun of Ayeyarwady River, at Toungoo and Madauk of Sittoung River, at Myitnge of Dokhtawaddy River, at Hpaan of Thanlwin River and at Ngathaingchaung of Ngawun River.
