The water levels of Ayeyarwady river are forecast to rise above the present water levels about (1-1½) feet at  Myitkyina, Bhamo and Katha, and about (½-1) foot at Mandalay, Sagaing, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun.

The water levels of Chindwin river are forecast to fall below the present water levels about (½) foot at Hkamti, Homalin , Mawlaik, Kalewa and Monywa.
