10-1-2026 According to the observations at 17:30 hours MST today, the Land Depression which crossed the North Sri Lanka has been moved West-Northwestwards slowly and continue to move West-Northwestward and gradually weaken during next 12 hrs. Weather is cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

 A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter  Myanmar-India Border Region (about (31) miles northwest of Mawleik) about (188) miles northwest of Mandalay seismological observatory was recorded at (21) hrs (34) mins (44) sec M.S.T on  27th August, 2016.
