Condition of Southwest monsoon withdrawal

During the past (24)hours, Southwest monsoon has been withdrawn from the Northern Myanmar areas,
21-3-2025: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
