Condition of Southwest monsoon withdrawal

During the past (24)hours, Southwest monsoon has been withdrawn from the Northern Myanmar areas,
17-9-2024: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the interior of West Bengal (India) has slowly moved Westwards now lies over Jharkhand(India) still persists. Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
