· According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Westcentral Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move North-Northeastwards and weaken gradually over central Bay of Bengal during next 12 hrs.
Well Marked Low Pressure Area Condition
Issued at 19:00 hours M.S.T on 9-4-2025
According to the observations at 18:30 hrs M.S.T today, the well marked low
pressure area over Westcentral and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal still
persists. It is likely to move nearly Northwest during next 6 hrs. Thereafter,
it is likely to recurve North-Northeastwards and weaken gradually over central
Bay of Bengal during next 30 hrs. Due to the well marked low pressure area,
