PART ONE           : According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards and reach to Bay of Bengal and crossing Odisha coasts near Puri(India). It is centered at about within half degree of 19.6 degree North and Longitude 86.2 degree East.
