PART ONE            :  According to the observations at (09:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southwest Bay of Bengal (off South Andhra Pradesh-North Tamil Nadu Coasts, India) has weaken into a Low Pressure Area over Southwest Bay of Bengal (near South Andhra Pradesh-North Tamil Nadu Coast, India) still persists.

PART TWO                       : Weather is generally fair in North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
