SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “RAGASA” crossing Southern part of Guangxi, South China Sea has moved Westwards and downgraded into a Tropical Storm “RAGASA” and it is crossing into Guangxi. It is likely continute to move Westwards and it may continue to pass over the northern part of Vietnam as a tropical depression during next 12 hours.

WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.
