Special Features: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “BUALOI” over the South China Sea has moved West-Northwestwards and it is centered at about 80 Nautical miles North-Northwet of Da Nang and 140 Nautical miles Southeast of Vinh (Vietnam).
PART TWO : Southwest monsoon has been withdrawn from the Central Myanmar areas. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
