PART ONE          : According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has move West-Northwestwards and now lies over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has centered at about within half degree of Lat 5.4 degree North and Long longitude 85.9 degree east. It is likely to intensify into a Deep Depression during next 12 hours and move West-Northwestwards and may reach over the Southweat Bay of Bengal and near Sri Lanka.
