PART ONE               : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, Severe Cyclonic Storm “Murasu over the Westcentral and adjoining  Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and still persists. It is centered at about 690 Nautical miles west of Coco Island (Myanmar), 95 Nautical miles Northeast of Chennai and 130 Nautical miles Southeast of Machilipatnam, India.
