PART ONE    : According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over  Westcentral Bay of Bengal  remained practically stationary and it is centered at about within half degree of lat (14.7)N and long (87.1)E .It is forecast to move West-Northwestwards.

PART TWO   : Weather is partly cloudy  over the Andaman sea  and couldy over  the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER    :    Fairly Widespread  rain or thundershowers .

VISIBILITY   :      (4) nautical miles but  (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND : East (or ) Southeast  (10- 15)kts at times ( 30)kts.

SEAS                          : Moderate to rough.

WAVE HEIGHT        : (6 - 9) feet.
