PART ONE    : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal centered at about within half degree of Lat (3.0)N and Lon (89.4)E. It is forecast to move Northwest wards.
PART TWO   : Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
