PART ONE         : According to the observations at (11:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (13.4)°N and Lon (89.3)°E. The Deep Depression is likely to intensify into a cyclonic strom during next (18)hrs. It is very likely to move West-Northwestwards initially and then North-Northwestwards.

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND             : South or Southwest (10 - 15)kts at times (35)kts.

SEAS                             : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT               : (8 - 12) feet.
