PART ONE          : According to the observations at (22:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area  over Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has intensified into a deprssion.It is centered at about within half degree of Latitude (20.3) degree North and Longitude (87.4) degree East. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and cross  North Odisha Coast (India) near Chandbali.
