PART ONE          :   According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West- Northwest and now line over Northwest Bay and adjoining Odisha coast. It is centered at about within half degree of Latitude (20.4) degree North and Longitude (87.1) degree East. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and cross North Odisha Coast (India) near Chandbali during next (6) hours.
