PART ONE          :  According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over North Andaman and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and now lies over Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely continuous to move Westwards and reach to Westcentral Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal(off South Andhra Pradesh- North Tamilnadu coasts) around (18.11.2021).
