PART ONE          : According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean  moved north­-northwestwards and it is now lie over Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of Latitude (7.1) degree North and Longitude (83.2) degree East. The depression is contuinous to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Deep Depression. It is likely to reach coast of Sri Lanka towards north Tamil Nadu Coast during next 48 hours.
