PART ONE               : According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm “Asani” over Southeast Bay and adjoining East Central Bay of Bengal has moved  Northwestwards and now lies over West Central Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of latitude 13.4°N and longitude 87.2°E.
