PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today,  the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea still presists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on (30.11.2023). Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm over Southwest Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal on (2.12.2023).

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
