3-12-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining the Westcentral Bay, North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) has moved South-Southwestwards and it is centered at about 765 Nautical miles West of Coco Island(Myanmar), 65 Nautical miles North-Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 20 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely to move slowly Southwestwards towards the North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts, India and weaken gradually into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. Weather is cloudy over the Northwest and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
